Submission deadline extended a couple more days to allow one of our members to resubmit in a format I can read and post. ;) All Texas PGR members to submit designs!

Not only do we have an abundance of members willing to volunteer their time to make the Gathering of the Guard go off without a hitch, I KNOW we have creative members too! Therefore................
I am announcing a contest to design the Official Logo for this year's Gathering of the Guard. Just submit your design to me, I will get it up on the website and allow the membership to vote for the winner! Just think... You might meet someone from Fairbanks, Alaska ten years from now wearing the pin or T-shirt you designed! How kewl would that be?
Requirements and Restrictions:
1. NO profanity (either words or images).
2. Ensure the design lends itself to being reduced to the size of a lapel pin.
3. Should say GOTG 2010 or Gathering of the Guard 2010.
4. Should NOT include any copyrighted images. May include the PGR Triangle or slogans.
5. Submissions should be sent electronically. You may create them by hand, but scan them so they can be sumbitted through email or link.
6. You may submit more than one design.
Keep in mind the following while designing: This is a National Patriot Guard Rider Event. It is being held in Texas. We are partnering closely with Fort Hood. The slogan used in the presentation that led to our hosting this Gathering was: The Flagline is Drawn.... In Texas! Or make up your own slogan.... Or none.
I need submissions to me no later than Monday, 15 Feb 10. After they are posted on the CenTex website, I will allow seven days for members to vote. Winner will be announced upon GOTG Committee Approval.
