How come when I submit something it doesn't show up immediately?

Everything submitted to the website goes into an administrative queue. Only site admins have the ability to view this queue. Once items are placed in the queue, they are held there until they are reviewed by an admin and released for publication. Once released, it will immediately be available.
The primary reason for this process is to allow some administrative control over the materials that are posted on the site, from both members and non-members. This also allows us to catch questionable, objectionable, or any other material not suited for this particular site.
