Edwin "Edd" Phillips, 76, Veteran, Temple, TX

The family of Edwin "Edd" Phillips has requested the presence and participation of the Patriot Guard Riders at the Funeral Service and Interment of their Loved One. Edd is the husband one our retired Ride Captains, Kay Hawkins Phillips.

For those interested, the family will receive visitors from 4-6 PM Sunday, September 23, 2012 at the funeral home.

Date: Monday, 24 Sep 12

Staging Time: 0905

Staging Location: Scanio-Harper Funeral Home, 3110 Airport Road, Temple, TX 76504 (http://tinyurl.com/Scanio-HarperFH)

Briefing: 0910

Flagline Establishment: 0925 +/- Once the Funeral Service begins; we will strike the flagline and prepare to participate in the procession.

WX: Mostly sunny, with a high near 90. South wind 5 to 10 mph.

Notes:

1. Be at staging ON TIME and topped off.

2. Hydrate well prior, bring water for yourself and a buddy and dress with consideration of the weather conditions.
