David Lee Morgan, formerly of Rosenberg, Texas, lost his battle with cancer on March 23, 2013.
David was born September 9, 1947, in Laurel, Mississippi, to Andrew and Pauline (Rawls) Morgan.
David served in the US Navy from 1966-1969. His law enforcement career included over five years of service with the Fort Bend County Sheriff’s Office and nearly 25 years of service with the City of Rosenberg. He retired in January 2010 from the City.

After the brief, the Riders will establish the Flag Line for the memorial service. The family has invited the Patriot Guard Riders to join them for lunch at the conclusion of the service. After lunch, the flags will be returned to the support vehicle and the Riders dismissed.
