1LT/State Trooper Nien-Jen Lee, 39, Texas Army National Guard & Texas Department of Public Safety, Temple, TX
The family of First Lieutenant Nien Jin Lee has requested the presence and participation of the Patriot Guard Riders at the Funeral Service and Interment/Inurnment of their Loved One.
Lieutenant Nien-Jen Lee served honorably in Iraq and Afghanistan. After returning, he attended and graduated from the Texas Department of Public Safety's State Trooper Academy and served in the Killeen Area until his passing. Staging Location: The Memorial Shelter OR the Columbarium at the Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery located off TX 195 just south of Killeen, TX (http://tinyurl.com/CenTexVetsCeme) LOOK FOR THE BIKES WHEN YOU COME IN AND MOVE TO THE APPROPRIATE STAGING AREA.
Setup & Briefing: 1215 +/- At the discretion of the Ride Captain.
WX: Sunny, with a high near 64. North northwest wind around 5 mph becoming east northeast in the afternoon.
Note: Hydrate well prior, bring water for yourself and a buddy and dress with consideration of the weather conditions.
