The family of Sergeant Ernest Rodriquez has requested the presence of the Patriot Guard Riders at the Interment of their Loved One. Those desiring to Participate in the Funeral Service, see the Austin Mission Order below for times and locations.
Staging Location: The cul-de-sac between the Walk of Heroes and the Memorial Shelter at the Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery located off TX 195 just south of Killeen, TX (http://tinyurl.com/CenTexVetsCeme)
Setup & Briefing: Upon clearance and at the direction of the Ride Captain, we will move to the shelter, set up the flags, be briefed and await arrival of the procession.
WX: A 50 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 78. Southeast wind 10 to 15 mph, with gusts as high as 20 mph.
Note: Hydrate well prior, bring water for yourself and a buddy and dress with consideration of the weather conditions.
Confirmed Mission: The Patriot Guard Riders have been invited to participate in the service and interment for Ernest Rodriquez 71, United States Marine Corps Vietnam Veteran. He served from 1964 to 1968 and achieved the rank of Sgt (E5) while working with aviation units.

12:00 noon for the graveside honors scheduled for 1:00pm. We will then come under the guidance of the CenTex RC’s.
