Bobby Gene Hicks, 89, US Navy, World War II Veteran, OF Midland, TX


The family of Veteran Bobby Hicks has requested the presence of the Patriot Guard Riders at the Committal Service of their Loved One.

Bob enlisted in the United States Navy in March 1945. He served in the Pacific Rim at the end of World War II. His full obituary may be found here: http://www.brownowensbrumley.com/bobby-gene-hicks/

Flagline Establishment: 1355 +/- Once the Funeral Service ends and the Next-of-Kin departs; we will strike the flagline and depart quietly.

WX: A 50 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms after 8am. Partly sunny, with a high near 88. South wind around 5 mph becoming north northeast in the afternoon.

Notes:

1. Be at stagingS ON TIME and TOPPED OFF.

2. As it may be rainy, feel free to cage this mission.

3. Hydrate well prior, bring water for yourself and a buddy and dress with consideration of the weather conditions.
