Sgt Thomas Esmond Sherrill, 66, US Army, Vietnam Veteran, Bronze Star and Air Medal Recipient
The family of Sergeant Thomas Sherrill has requested the presence of the Patriot Guard Riders at the Committal Service of their Loved One.
Thomas proudly served his country in Vietnam and was awarded the Bronze Star and the Air Medal for heroism while participating in aerial flight. He spent most of his adult life in Killeen. Tom was a skilled carpenter and mechanic. He passed away on October 18, 2016 after a short but stoic battle with cancer. Setup & Briefing: Upon clearance and at the direction of the Ride Captain, we will move to the shelter, be briefed and await arrival of the family.
