SSG Norman Gene Niswonger, 79, US Army, Retired, Vietnam Veteran, Killeen, TX
The family of Staff Sergeant Norman Niswonger has requested the presence and participation of the Patriot Guard Riders at the Funeral and Committal Services of their Loved One.
Norman served his country as an Army Soldier for over 20 years before retiring with the rank of SSG. During his time in the Army, his tours of duty included Ft. Bliss TX, Ft. Benning GA, Vietnam, Ft Sill OK, Germany and finally Ft. Hood TX. While in Vietnam Norman had the distinct honor of being the military escort for General West Moreland. Setup & Briefing: Upon clearance and at the direction of the Ride Captain, we will move to the shelter, set up the flags, be briefed and await arrival of the procession.
