The family of Chief Warrant Officer 2 "Sam" Moore has requested the presence and participation of the Patriot Guard Riders at the Funeral and Committal Services of their Loved One.

Flagline Establishment: 1025 +/- Once the Funeral Service begins; we will strike the flagline and prepare to participate in the procession IF we have LEO the whole way (see Note 3 below).

Notes:

1. Arrive at staging TOPPED OFF!

2. Prior to arriving at the Church Staging, we will make a 30 min fuel stop at the Marlin CEFCO/Shell, 101 Williams St, Marlin, TX 76661 (http://tinyurl.com/GasMarlinTX).

3. If there is not LEO Escort the whole way, we will depart the church and meet the family at the Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery (See staging instructions below).

COMMITTAL SERVICE

Staging Time: 1305

Staging Location: The cul-de-sac between the Walk of Heroes and the Memorial Shelter at the Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery, 11463 SH 195, Killeen, Texas 76542 (http://tinyurl.com/CenTexVetsCeme)

Setup & Briefing: Upon clearance and at the direction of the Ride Captain, we will move to the shelter, set up the flags, be briefed and await arrival of the procession.

WX: Mostly cloudy, with a high near 55. Light and variable wind becoming south 5 to 10 mph in the morning.

1. Be at stagingS ON TIME.

2. Hydrate well prior, bring water for yourself and a buddy and dress with consideration of the weather conditions.
