The brother of Private Second Class Frederick Bilek has requested the presence of the Patriot Guard Riders at the Committal Service of his Loved One.
In speaking with his brother in Oklahoma, the family would be very appreciative if the Patriot Guard Riders would stand in for them as they are unable to attend Frederick's services, therefore we will man only the Army flag and all other riders will attend the service in the gallery. There is no obituary available for Frederick.

Setup & Briefing: Upon clearance and at the direction of the Ride Captain, we will move to the shelter, set up the flags, be briefed and await arrival of PV2 Bilek.

Notes:
1. Be at staging ON TIME.
2. Having been requested to do so, we will park in the circle drive in lieu of the family.
3. Hydrate well prior, bring water for yourself and a buddy and dress with consideration of the weather conditions.
I offer my condolences to the family and friends of this VIETNAM WAR HERO who will not be forgotten. Rest in peace forever free.
