ULTRA SHORT NOTICE HONOR MISSION
CSM Sisto Manuel Campos, 78, US Army, Retired, Persian Gulf & Vietnam Wars, Bronze Star Recipient, Killeen, TX
The family of Command Sergeant Major Sisto Manuel "Manny" Campos has requested the presence of the Patriot Guard Riders at the Committal Service of their Loved One.
Manny was raised in San Antonio and New Braunfels until he joined the military August 9, 1961. He served in the Vietnam War and during his military career was awarded the Bronze Star, the Vietnam Service Medal and several other awards. His success in the Army can be directly attributed to his work ethic and mechanical ability. The discipline and patriotism he obtained in the Army never left him as family and friends will attest. He retired as Sargent Major after 30 years in 1991. His dedication forever remained strong. He loved the opportunity to give to those in need. When fellow neighbors were called out for duty, he enjoyed riding out on his mower to keep their yards looking neat and tidy.
