CSM Earl J Lutz, 85, US Army, Retired, Korea and Vietnam Veteran, Killeen, TX
The family of Command Sergeant Major Earl J Lutz has requested the presence and participation of the Patriot Guard Riders at the Funeral and Committal Services of their Loved One.
Lutz enlisted in the Army in December 1951 after high school, where he proudly served as an MP for more than twenty years, spanning conflicts in Korea, Indo-China, and Vietnam. While stationed in Germany, he was a member of the USAEUR Elite Rifle Team and completed his military career at F. Hood and Ft Wolters, TX. Staging Location: The cul-de-sac between the Walk of Heroes and the Memorial Shelter at the Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery, 11463 SH 195, Killeen, TX 76542 (http://tinyurl.com/CenTexVetsCeme)
Setup & Briefing: Upon clearance and at the direction of the Ride Captain, we will move to the shelter, set up the flags, be briefed and await arrival of the procession.
WX: Sunny, with a high near 65. Light and variable wind becoming south southeast 5 to 10 mph in the morning.

2. Hydrate well prior, bring water for yourself and a buddy and dress with consideration of the weather conditions.
