SSgt Sally Goetz, 62, US Air Force, Veteran, OF Florence, TX
The family of Staff Sergeant Sally Goetz has requested the presence of the Patriot Guard Riders at the Committal Service of their Loved One.
Following high school, Sally joined the Air Force. While going to college, she was still active in the Air Force. Sally served a total of eight years, and earned her Staff Sergeant rank before being honorably discharged in 1981. Setup & Briefing: Upon clearance and at the direction of the Ride Captain, we will move to the shelter, set up the flags, be briefed and await arrival of the procession.
WX: Mostly sunny, with a high near 81. South wind 5 to 10 mph increasing to 15 to 20 mph in the afternoon. Winds could gust as high as 25 mph.
Notes:
1. Be at staging ON TIME.
2. Hydrate well prior, bring water for yourself and a buddy and dress with consideration of the weather conditions.
