CMS Charles J Nagle Jr, 88, US Air Force, Retired, Korea/Vietnam Veteran, OF Kempner, TX
The family of Chief Master Sergeant Charles J Nagle Jr has requested the presence and participation of the Patriot Guard Riders at the Funeral and Committal Services of their Loved One.
Nagle entered military service in October, 1948 and retired from the U.S. Air Force in May 1977 at Randolph Air Force Base, Texas having attained the rank of Chief Master Sergeant. He was a Veteran of the Korean and Vietnam Wars, and also served with the Post World War II, Occupation Forces of Japan. During his Military career, Nagle served in various assignments at Squadron, Group, Wing and Major Command level. Prior to his retirement, Mr. Nagle was assigned to HQ Air Training Command, responsible for monitoring and coordinating maintenance training programs at Flying Training Wings and at Technical Training Centers throughout the Command. During his career, he attended various leadership, management, and technical courses and was awarded several decorations and numerous service awards. He later was employed by the U.S. Army at Fort Hood in the Office of Adjutant General, responsible for overseeing the Adjutant General's Garrison activities and functions. Setup & Briefing: Upon clearance and at the direction of the Ride Captain, we will move to the shelter, set up the flags, be briefed and await arrival of the procession.
