The family of Chief Warrant Officer 3 James Kinard has requested the presence of the Patriot Guard Riders at the Committal Service of their Loved One.
Kinard retired from the United States Army as a Chief Warrant Officer 3 after twenty two years of service, including two tours of duty in Vietnam. During his service he was awarded the following: 1st Oak Leaf Cluster to National Defense Service Medal; Army Commendation Medal w/ two Oak Leaf Clusters; Republic of Vietnam Campaign Medal; Vietnam Service Medal w/ one Silver & two Bronze Service Stars; Bronze Star Medal w/ one Oak Leaf Cluster; and the Meritorious Service Medal.
