The staffs of the Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery and Lake Shore Funeral Home have requested the presence of the Patriot Guard Riders at the Committal Service of this Unaccompanied Veteran.
Howard served in the US Navy from April 30, 1963 to March 28, 1967. No other information is known about this Veteran at this time.

Setup & Briefing: Upon clearance and at the direction of the Ride Captain, we will move to the shelter, set up the flags, be briefed and await arrival of the Veteran.
WX: Mostly sunny and hot, with a high near 100. South wind 5 to 15 mph, with gusts as high as 20 mph.
Notes:
1. Be at staging ON TIME.
2. Be prepared to volunteer as pallbearers, if asked by the Cemetery Director.
3. Hydrate well prior, bring water for yourself and a buddy and dress with consideration of the weather conditions.
