SFC Richard Matthews, 87, US Army, Retired, Vietnam Veteran, Bronze Star Recipient
The family of Sergeant First Class Richard Matthews has requested the presence and participation of the Patriot Guard Riders at the Funeral Service of their Loved One.
Richard enlisted in the Army in 1954, and served as a Clinical Specialist during his career. He earned a Bronze Star Medal, Vietnam Service Medal with three Bronze Service Stars, Vietnam Campaign Medal, Meritorious Unit Citation, Combat Medical Badge, Good Conduct with one silver clasp, and a Wheel Vehicle Drivers Badge.
