SHORT NOTICE HONOR MISSION
SP5 Craig Brennecke, 75, US Army, Vietnam Veteran, of Temple, TX
The family of Specialist Craig Brennecke has requested the presence and participation of the Patriot Guard Riders at the Procession and Committal Services of their Loved One.
In April of 1968, Craig enlisted in the US Army and was deployed to Vietnam. He was stationed at Cam Ranh Bay Hospital in Chu Lai. While there, Craig and his fellow soldiers suffered a rocket attack that “just across the road” killed and wounded an entire working staff. Craig was spared and continued his military service to an honorable discharge. He was awarded Soldier of the Month three times. 1. Be at staging TOPPED OFF. Enter the parking lot quietly and Riders will park on the left of the cones when arriving to the Funeral Home.
Staging Location: The cul-de-sac between the Walk of Heroes and the Memorial Shelter at the Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery, 11463 SH 195, Killeen, TX 76542 (http://tinyurl.com/CenTexVetsCeme)
Setup & Briefing: Upon clearance and at the direction of the Ride Captain, we will move to the shelter, set up the flags, be briefed and await arrival of the procession.
WX: Mostly sunny, with a high near 83. Southeast wind 5 to 10 mph.

1. Be at stagingS ON TIME.
2. Hydrate well prior, bring water for yourself and a buddy and dress with consideration of the weather conditions.
3. All non-motorcycle vehicles will report to the cemetery and wait for the procession.
