The staffs of the Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery and Crawford Bowers Funeral Home have requested the presence of the Patriot Guard Riders at the Committal Service of this Unclaimed Veteran.
Specialist Kenneth Tibbs Jr was born on June 7, 1956, and served in the US Army from May 18, 1976, to October 4, 1981.

Setup & Briefing: Upon clearance and at the direction of the Ride Captain, we will move to the shelter, set up the flags, be briefed and await arrival of the Veteran.
WX: Mostly cloudy, with a high near 72. South southwest wind 10 to 15 mph, with gusts as high as 20 mph.
Notes:
1. Be at staging ON TIME.
2. Be prepared to volunteer as pallbearers, if asked by the Cemetery Director.
3. Hydrate well prior, bring water for yourself and a buddy and dress with consideration of the weather conditions.
