CPT Fidel Tamares Jr, 38, US Army, Veteran, Afghanistan Campaign Veteran, Bronze Star Recipient, of Plano, Texas
The family of Captain Fidel Tamares Jr has requested the presence of the Patriot Guard Riders at the Committal Service of their Loved One.
Fidel joined the Army in 2003 and served in all intelligence. He did two tours in Afghanistan during the Global War on Terror, and left the service December of 2013. During his time in the service, he earned a Bronze Star medal, two Army Commendation Medals, Four Army Achievement Medals, American Defense Service Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, and the Army Service Medal. Setup & Briefing: Upon clearance and at the direction of the Ride Captain, we will move to the shelter, set up the flags, be briefed and await arrival of the procession.
WX: Mostly sunny, with a high near 91. Light east wind increasing to 5 to 10 mph in the morning.

2. Hydrate well prior, bring water for yourself and a buddy and dress with consideration of the weather conditions.
