Cpl Jon Ratcliff, 42, US Marine Corps, Operation Iraqi Freedom Veteran, Police Officer, of Austin, TX
The family of Corporal Jon Ratcliff has requested the presence of the Patriot Guard Riders at the Committal Service of their Loved One.
Jon proudly served in the United States Marine Corps and served in the 1st Marine Division, 1st Battalion, 11th Regiment. His Battalion played a key role in the Battle of Nasiriya during Operation Iraqi Freedom. After serving his country with the USMC, his commitment to public service continued as a member of law enforcement, where he worked tirelessly to protect and serve those around him. Setup & Briefing: Upon clearance and at the direction of the Ride Captain, we will move to the shelter, set up the flags, be briefed and await arrival of the procession.
