SFC Jimmy "Z-Man" Zednick, 62, US Army, Retired, Gulf War Veteran, of Copperas Cove, TX
The family of Sergeant First Class Jimmy Zednick has requested the presence of the Patriot Guard Riders at the Committal Service of their Loved One.
Jimmy enlisted into the US Army in August of 1983. Over the course of 24 years and 28 days, he served with distinction around the globe, including deployments in Desert Shield, Desert Storm, Somalia, Germany, and Korea. Jimmy retired as an E7 Sergeant First Class and Blackhawk helicopter repairman—a testament to his precision, grit, and unwavering commitment to his brothers- and sisters-in-arms. After retirement, he worked as a contractor at Fort Hood, and was a member of Combat Vets Motorcycle Association 23-5.
