The family of Aircraft Structural Mechanic First Class Melvin Scott has requested the presence of the Patriot Guard Riders at the Committal Service of their Loved One.
Melvin entered the Navy in August of 1985, proudly served in the Navy, an experience that shaped his character and instilled in him a deep sense of duty and respect for others. During his career, he worked as a systems organizational maintenance technician, hazardous material control management technician, and systems organizational maintenance technician. Setup & Briefing: Upon clearance and at the direction of the Ride Captain, we will move to the shelter, set up the flags, be briefed and await arrival of the procession.
