We appreciate everyone's support all year long and want to give back for all your hard work honoring our Veterans and supporting their families! We know there are other events happening this day and we're not in competition with anyone. We don't expect everyone to stay the whole time, but please DO consider stopping by to say hello, have a sip and then if you wish, continue on with all the other festivities being offered this Patriotic day!

Clean-Up Begins: 1530 +/-
Location: Tear Drop Pavilion, Stillhouse Park, 4050 Simmons Road, Belton, TX 76513 (http://tinyurl.com/StillhouseHollowTD - see the building inside the loop? That's it!) Tell the gate attendant you are going to the PGR Event at the Tear Drop Pavilion and they should let you in free. Turn right at the "Swim Beach" after the gate.
DO invite others regardless their affiliation. Remember, attend one mission and you ARE a member, whether you don MC Colors or are Independents!
Cages are always welcome!
Bring your swimsuits & boats!
PETS ARE WELCOME ON LEASHES - please clean up after them because there will be kiddies there!
We need you to bring your famous side dishes! Make enough for you and maybe two other people. Pot-Luck Coordination is being done by Barry Dahlquist, so let him know here or via email (advanceman1@yahoo.com) what you want to bring so we can update the list below on both the website and the Facebook Event. BYOB if you're legal age. BYOM (meat) if you want any meats or other cuts not listed below. Barry has volunteered to cook, but we could use more help! Here's what we have so far:
Hamburgers, Hot Dogs and some Steaks (first come, first served) - CenTexPGR Bottled Water in coolers w/ice - CenTexPGR - (yes, there'll be some room to ice your beverages too!) Charcoal - CenTexPGR Teardrop Pavilion Rental - CenTexPGR Napkins - CenTexPGR Plates and Flatwear - CenTexPGR Music - Volunteer? Boom Box?
*Single folks or non-chefs can bring chips, dips, something from a grocery store or deli, etc.
Extra Pavilion Information: This pavilion is located in Stillhouse Park in the day use area East of the beach. Stillhouse Marina is located in the park and a boat ramp is located next to the Marina. The pavilion has water, electricity for small appliances, a barbecue pit , 2 horseshoe pits and 2 washer pits, a grass volleyball court and excellent lake access. Volleyballs, washers and horseshoes are available for use at the gate house. A foot bridge is located to the west for access to restroom facilities, which are a short walk away.
