We appreciate everyone's support all year long and want to give back for all your hard work honoring our Veterans and supporting their families! We know there are other events happening this day and we're not in competition with anyone. We don't expect everyone to stay the whole time, but please DO consider stopping by to say hello, have a sip and then if you wish, continue on with all the other festivities being offered this day!
Date: Labor Day, Mon, 6 Sep 21
Time: 0900 - 1500
Eats Begin: 1100
Clean-Up Begins: 1430 +/-
Location: Island Pavilion, Stillhouse Park, 4050 Simmons Road, Belton, TX 76513 (http://tinyurl.com/IslandPavilion). You can see the entrance to the shelter under that little triangle on the map. Tell the gate attendant you are going to the PGR/Patriot Guard Riders at the Island Pavilion and they should let you in free. If you're coming before 1000, contact Holler for a gate code so you don't have to wait at the gate. Stay left after the "Swim Beach" and you'll see the pavilion on the right just before the Marina as you are coming down the hill. Please close the gate when you come in.
DO invite others regardless their affiliation. Remember, attend one mission and you ARE a member, whether you don MC Colors or are Independents!
Cages are always welcome!
Bring your swimsuits & boats!
Chalk Ridge Falls (other side of the dam where the water is released from the lake) has been closed, and water is being tested for blue-green algae. Though the water doesn't stagnate in our part of the lake due to the marina and nothing has been found there, be cautious if you bring your pets.
We need you to bring your famous side dishes! Make enough for you and maybe two other people. Pot-Luck Coordination is being done by Holly Melendez, so let her know here or via email or phone what you want to bring so we can update the list below on both the website and the Facebook Event.,BYOB if you're legal age. BYOM (meat) IF you want any meats or other cuts not listed below. Thomas has volunteered to cook, but we could always use more help! Here's what we have so far:

The only covid rule will be this... if you don't feel good the morning of the picnic and you don't know exactly what's wrong with you, please stay home for the benefit of the others, especially since this is going to be a potluck. There will be other picnics and revelry in the future.
Extra Pavilion Information: Stillhouse Marina is located a short walk across from our pavilion and a boat ramp is located next to the Marina. The restrooms are a short walk between the pavilion and the marina. The pavilion has water, electricity for small appliances, and a barbecue pit.
