SFC David Guerrero Acosta, US Army, Retired, UNACCOMPANIED
The staffs of the Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery and Bastrop Providence Funeral Home have requested the presence of the Patriot Guard Riders at the Committal Service of this Unaccompanied Veteran.
Sergeant First Class Acosta served from June 1966 to August 1989. David received the Army Commendation Medal, Army Achievement Medal, and the Army Good Conduct Medal for his service to our nation.

Setup & Briefing: Upon clearance and at the direction of the Ride Captain, we will move to the shelter, set up the flags, be briefed and await arrival of the Veteran.
WX: Mostly sunny, with a high near 79.
Notes:
1. Be at staging ON TIME.
2. Be prepared to volunteer as pallbearers, if asked by the Cemetery Director.
3. Hydrate well prior, bring water for yourself and a buddy and dress with consideration of the weather conditions.
